Job Description

  • Cooperation within a team implementing complex, innovative digital projects.
  • Work planning and verification in cooperation with a team of Project Managers / Strategists and Client Service.
  • Co-creation of innovative concepts of e-marketing activities.
  • Using modern, non-standard solutions.
  • Testing solutions before delivering them to the client.
  • Technical analysis of websites.
  • Substantive work with the project from the concept phase to execution.
  • Knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in an interactive agency.
  • Very good command of English language – a prerequisite.
  • Good knowledge of User Experience issues.
  • Very good knowledge of design tools - Photoshop, Figma, inDesign, Illustrator is a must. Adobe XD/Sketch - nice to have.
  • Ability to formulate and defend one's arguments.
  • Ability to technically analyze the possibilities of websites.
  • Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in designing websites in the RWD environment.
  • Experience in creating digital projects.
  • Ability to independently run projects and excellent organization of work.
  • Experience in working with a creative team / Client Service / Strategy department, extensive interpersonal skills.
  • Submitting portfolio is a must to participate in the recruitment process.
