Job Description

You will be working alongside a team of talented and passionate individuals, across a wide range of digital and print projects, for one of our most exciting partnerships with the European arm of a leading automotive manufacturer.

This position would suit an ambitious Mid-weight Designer ready to move into a more challenging role within an agency with ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will play a very active part in in the development of our digital business and come with buckets of energy and enthusiasm. And bring previous experience and inspiration to the role, demonstrating innovative digital design solutions that inspire others.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to respond to client briefs with solutions that meet the brief and make a difference.
  • To demonstrate a passion for solving problems and participating in creative conceptualisation and brainstorms.
  • To help define, develop & execute fantastic digital design concepts, with the highest attention to detail and quality of finish.
  • Work with Groupe and 3rd party specialists to develop and deliver boundary pushing concepts.
  • To drive the creative development of digital design projects whilst, reporting to the Senior Art Director.
  • The ability to create to the highest standard across a range of digital touch-points.
  • With the account lead, assure that internal and client presentations are on time, professional, engaging, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale.
  • To communicate effectively and with conviction to clients, colleagues and 3rd party teams. Gaining their trust and respect and always be a great representative of Prodigious.
  • Contribute positively to the cohesion and strength of the project team as a whole.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Design team to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Developing competitor audits through thorough research.
  • To build out web pages from content provided within AEM sites and validating that the templates and components are rendering as expected.
  • Participate in new business development activities, including working on the creative side of pitches, proposals and RFPs when required

Core experience and skills

  • Experience in a similar role in an agency environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand, analyse, and respond to client briefs.
  • Strong conceptual ability - you thrive on delivering big interactive ideas and can bring content to life.
  • A natural flair for digital creative design and print, including layout/composition and typography.
  • In tune with current design trends in digital, social, moving image and emerging tech.
  • Experience in social campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn would be an advantage.
  • A real problem solver, you have the ability to think strategically and holistically across business issues related to digital innovation.
  • Superb Adobe creative suite skills.
  • Experience in standard industry tools (eg. Figma, Miro, etc.)
  • Animation/motion graphics skills with good working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a benefit.
  • Proficient knowledge on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a definite plus, with familiarity of AEM sites templates, components, experience fragments, and content fragments.
  • Commercially aware, ensuring that projects are delivered on brief, on time and on budget with minimal supervision.
