Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations intern to join our Rewards and Promotional Risk team, at Incentiv. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing campaigns with a core focus on learning the ropes within the operational side of the business.
As an Ops intern, you will collaborate with all departments during internship and also gain valuable client service experience.
This internship will help you acquire project management, client service and relationship skills and provide you with knowledge of various campaign and promotional design solutions as well as invaluable technological experience.
Stipend- R8500.00
Additional Information
Responsibilities
- Understand the overall business, including the brand, clients, product, team and all other aspects of Incentiv service offering
- Shadowing the Operations Director and supporting with multiple roles and functions across the business
- Rotate through our departments of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
- Project management by working with all parties involved - client, sales, account management team, call centre, external partners and suppliers
- Assisting with reporting and recon management across various roles within the business
- Learn and become proficient on all internal systems
- Research new potential reward partners
- Support the initiative to improve internal operation processes and systems
- Manage tasks and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery
- Foster a positive team culture and collaborate to achieve team objectives
