What you will do

  • Work closely with leadership to define and execute on the brand as well as platform positioning agenda in a way that’s aligned to the global messaging, but also customised to unique regional requirements
  • Own an extensive event sponsorship agenda and budget, focussed on sales enablement
  • Oversee the communication process – Briefs, campaigns, approvals, and execution by agencies on paid and owned channels - email, social, PR, on-ground, content syndication, blogs, website, search
  • Close partnership with Sales on the lead gen partnership to drive top and mid-funnel growth
  • Quarterly leadership reviews to align on performance and future plans
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels with a strong bias for action/ hypothesis testing. Devise strategies to boost brand equity and drive qualified traffic
  • Manage an ecosystem of digital marketing and partner marketing vendors. Lead vendor relationships, campaign coordination, performance tracking against set KPI’s, and lead generation.
  • Act as brand custodian for all digital channels (email, social, blog, website, content syndication). Critically review campaigns and content to recommend changes to align with brand and marketing requirements.
  • Conceptualise and oversee monthly / quarterly calendarized comms initiatives. Ensure that blog content, social media, content syndication, and email marketing consistently. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders for successful marketing program deployment, including –
    • International marketing / brand teams (US / APAC)
    • EU Sales leaders
    • EU product leaders
    • Brand and agency creative teams
  • Own budgets for sponsored campaigns on external-facing media

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • UK experience a must, familiarity with France, Germany and other EU markets a definite advantage
  • Experience in the client-agency ecosystem
  • Experience of the overall inbound and outbound ecosystem, including experience leading digital strategy for – SEO (on-page, off-page), SEM - Search and PPC (AdWords), Social – Organic and paid, e-mail marketing, Content marketing (inbound), Web marketing
  • Martech and data-driven performance marketing. Must be comfortable supervising work on
    • Marketing / CRM platforms including Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce
    • CRO and landing page optimizations
    • Analytics and tracking (UTMs, GA, GSC)
    • User flows / behaviours in Google Analytics
    • Inhouse data to draw insights and recommend incremental improvements
    • Some understanding of PPC / display / affiliate / programmatic for use in campaigns
  • Event management. Experience leading online / offline events end-to-end, including content, coordination, collateral, vendor management, leads, and results
  • Quantitative skills - working with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets
  • Presentation skills, writing and storytelling to inspire
  • People management skills : Structured that includes goals alignment and reviews, feedback mechanisms, and an unstructured nurturing approach that helps our people be the best versions of themselves.
