Job Description

As an  Associate Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team at Publicis Sapient. You’ll employ your strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills to help two or four executives with calendar management, travel, events, expenses and much, much, more. You’ll be working on a team of executive assistants, which provides you with a strong sense of community and opportunities to grow on the team.

Your Impact:

  • You’ll provide general administrative support with calendar management, travel coordination and managing and submitting expenses, as well as expense reporting for your executive(s)
  • You may also coordinate with clients and/or finance teams to follow up on invoices, billing, collections, and time tracking
  • Use your analytical ability to help gather and summarize information, and find solutions quickly
  • Evaluate priorities, multitask, effectively present information, and respond to internal stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Have at least 2 years of Administrative work experience, supporting 2 or more executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Prior work experience in a large, highly matrixed and global organisation is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast paced team environment

Set Yourself Apart With:

  • Prior work experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoints is essential.
