Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to setup, configure and maintain our DAM solution on Adobe Experience Manager Cloud for our different brands.  The candidate needs to have a solid knowledge on cloud technology and proven working experience in setting up and configuring content management systems or equivalent experience in development/configuration of software.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Working with product owners, technical lead and client service to implement and maintain our clients’ accounts
  • Working closely with back end developers to implement workflows in AEM
  • Working with front end developers to integrate UI customizations for our different brands
  • Involve in strategy decisions for DAM customizations to improve sustainability of the product.
  • Continuous improvement of processes to improve efficiency of running and operating DAM solutions.
  • Documentation of existing or new features, work with stakeholders to technical specifications.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferred AWS, GCP)
  • Drive web development practices with passion and enthusiasm and strive for continuous improvement within the team
  • Initiating, managing, and conducting projects, working independently, but in close collaboration with other team members
  • Working with new and emerging languages and technologies
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders

 

 

 

Qualifications

Key requirements

  • Masters, or equivalent experience in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) science 
  • At least 5-7 years of experience working in software development, configuration or integration – preferably from Java ecosystem.
  • Ability to understand and contribute towards technical documents.
  • Experience with best practices such as source control, continuous integration, unit testing, design patterns, and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with RESTful API standards and relational databases
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud or any other content management system will be a plus.
