Job Description

Sitting within the Publicis LEON London Hub, you will be a core member of our strategy/client team, working directly with the Global Category client team across brands. The Digital Planning Manager will play an essential role partnering with our Digital Strategy Directors to develop market leading Digital strategy and ensure we operate at the leading edge of strategic media thinking and practice. Consequently, we are seeking candidates with drive, passion, energy, and emotional intelligence to drive change.

You will play a front-line role in the day-to-day management of the digital tasks, our campaigns and interactions between our team and the other agencies that work on the business. You will help propel the team to deliver effectively and in time against our objectives for the client brand teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will report into the Global Digital Director and assist them in the handling of the account on a day-to-day basis working with the strategy team, Publicis local market leads and the creative agencies to develop cut through communications and delivering our annual client scope of work and thought leadership programme.

 

  • Supporting the Digital Strat Director to Interpret communications/digital media strategy and translates into communication planning action steps
  • Demonstrate initiative by researching and identifying valuable information/insights to improve media product
  • Fully embraces Connections that Captivate and uses as guiding principles for all media/communication recommendations
  • Learns and understands all phases of the Haleon’s marketing objectives and provides media recommendations to deliver against these objectives
  • Understands all proprietary research tools/processes and applies learning while working across workstreams
  • Demonstrates agility via multitasking multiple brands, strategic development and plan stewardship
  • Develops collaborative working relationship with all implementation teams, ensuring they fully understand brand communication objectives/strategies
  • Ability to use data to provide actionable insights for your set of brands
  • Track implementations and evaluate campaign performance to give optimisation recommendations and capture learning and insights for future executions

Qualifications

  • You have had planning and buying experience across core Digital Platforms and will be familiar with delivering measurable campaigns that drive growth.
  • You are organised and are able to multi task across multiple brands.
  • You are confident and can be assertive and authoritative to drive positive results internally with your colleagues, and externally with clients and other agency partners. You are driven by happy clients.
  • You are comfortable in building new connections within the organisation and outside to grow & learn towards bettering your role.
  • You understand the ins and outs of digital strategy & planning to be able to analyse and support local to Global digital strategies.
  • You are proficient with powerpoint and excel to creatively showcase strategies as well reflect data effectively the save time.
  • An interest in market analytics and digital workstreams will help bring the best out of your work and the way you present it to clients.
