Job Description

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a Senior Audience Manager who possesses a combination of strong analytical and client facing skills, marrying mastery of advertising technologies with creative thinking to approach problem solving in imaginative ways. You should be a strong communicator and team player who demonstrates passion and curiosity in the client’s lines of business and their challenges. This role requires hand-on engagement with the wider Publicis Imagine team with an aim to deliver data-enabled and data-informed solutions and services.

Some of the responsibilities of this role are:

  • Hands on management of Disney's EMEA’s audience inventories as they exist in various technologies (Oracle Bluekai DMP, Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Media Math, and other rising platforms);
  • Onboard PI markets through training and ongoing support, which includes audience catalogues and operational updates to be published to PI and client-side customers on a fiscal quarterly basis;
  • Active monitoring for opportunities to capture new audiences, such as during flights of new EMEA campaigns (impressions, clicks, VTR50%), and formulations of new and innovative audiences worthy of experimentation;
  • Conduct periodic Post Campaign Analyses (PCA), focusing on the individual or collective performances of Disney’s 1st and 2nd party audiences against 3rd party audiences;
  • Collate and organise PCAs into a coherent narrative arc, serving as a recommendation for how to improve future ways of working;
  • Formulate new audience playbooks where media investment efficiency can be had, and evolve existing playbooks where adjustments are needed;
  • Refine then publish raw DV360 reports into the Datorama dashboard on a fiscal quarterly basis
  • Lead in the media exposure from TWDC campaigns. QAintegration of various future ad tech systems for the future of Cookieless world.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong experience in one and more of these fields: programmatic activation, tag management and deployment, DMP or CDP operations, website or app analytics;
  • Worked in a role that required practical operation and implementation of advertising technologies or marketing technologies;
  • Experienced in managing and fine-tuning work processes between a regional hub and a network of markets;
  • Possesses an engaging personality amenable to relationship-building with senior and/or executive level client contacts;
  • Self-motived and confident in delivering work to various levels of consumers both internal and external to the agency;
  • Able to articulate complex technical content to large groups in an accessible, coherent, and inspiring way; and
  • Able to grow client relationships by proposing innovative ideas and new ways of working.
