Job Description

The Global Reporting & Analytics Lead will be a key pioneering leader within the Data CoE, and will be focused on providing a single source of truth for all media reporting (performance, investment, competitive) and deliver accurate and timely media data sets to global, regional and local stakeholders. This position requires both strategic and tactical skill sets with an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, and a critical understanding of media

 

  • Own management of all global media reporting (campaign performance, investment, competitive)  
  • Oversee Global reporting network management by acting as main POC across markets and main escalation POC 
  • Manage Global reporting team
  • Responsible for building Global media reporting strategies, measurement frameworks, analytics models & setting measurement KPIs  
  • Set annual reporting roadmap and deliverables  
  • Assess digital marketing data and systems and identifies risks and opportunities to enhance capability development 
  • Establish and manage data integrations utilizing a taxonomy nomenclature to make recommendations for data visualization to showcase media performance through the use of data visualization tools 
  • Assist in operationalizing tests to ensure taxonomy and necessary ad server/ verification tracking has been applied 
  • Adhere to governance rigor of existing data mart processes, procedures, controls, standards, tools and templates (as required).   
  • Leverage advanced analytic techniques to drive media performance (ex. site traffic, conversion rates,  revenue, ROAS, LTV, etc.), isolate key KPI trends and performance pacing, optimize consumer online/offline experiences, predict consumer behaviors, maximize sales conversion, drive optimizations (across media investment and mix, target audiences, and creative messages) and forecast critical business outcomes
  • Present complex data and analytics concept in a simple format to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to support, educate and encourage importance of measurement and support better data collection 
  • Develop and distribute reporting roadmaps, playbooks and dashboards    
  • Host sessions with global and local teams to share knowledge and upskill team members 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience within Media, Analytics, and related fields  
  • Proven track record of leading the implementation of reporting dashboards across global brands
  • Must have strong understanding of Media buying/planning/activation data 
  • Must have hands on experience with media measurement tools including: 3rd party ad serving, syndicated research and web analytics 
  • Must have hands on experience of data visualisation and BI tools such as, PowerBI, tableau, GDS. 
  • Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience  
  • Must have team management experience  
  • Experience working with various advanced statistical modeling and other forms of quantitative analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Macros, VLookup, pivot tables etc.  
  • Experience working with international teams is a plus 
  • Excellent project management skills
