Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to help scale an exciting division in our agency group that is focusing on Dynamic Content and Creative solutions. As an Account Manger your primary role will be to generate leads for the dynamic studio team and convert those leads into active briefs. As we are a group held agency there is a huge lead pool to draw from between the agencies and existing client portfolios, you just need to come in and build your network. You will work closely with the Account Director, Account Executive and Designers to ensure we generate incremental revenue, which must be tracked accurately to ensure we are reconciled against studio hours. You will also be a 1st point of contact for multiple internal, external and client contacts and must be able to respond to multiple briefs at a high quality.

Key Responsibilities                                                   

  • Drive business and development and revenue growth
  • Work with the Account Director and Designers to find new solutions and opportunities
  • Showcase DOT’s capabilities in a wide array of forums and help refine the narrative to new audiences
  • Enhance our marketing creds and case studies and ensure they are shared with the relevant audiences.
  • Facilitate creative brainstorms to come up with innovative dynamic media solutions
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of projects – from brief to delivery
  • Work with team to ensure internal and external clients are managed and supported, including issue resolution
  • Work alongside the rest of the Account team in ensuring that all team administration is completed accurately and on time – Trello boards, cost estimates, job tracker, status notes/action points
  • Work with Account Director to improve processes to improve client delivery
  • Keep abreast of key market developments and ensure knowledge is being shared with immediate team
  • Drive cross-department integration to provide joined up solutions to clients

Qualifications

Successful Candidates will have :

  • Media planning and/or Channel Investment background
  • Previous experience working either client-side with creative teams or a creative-focused start-up is a bonus
  • Sales or business development within a tech or creative studio environment
  • The ideal candidate will have a growth and business mindset

  • Media planning across multiple channels
  • Confident speaker and presenter, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills/experience.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills – the ability to educate and explain complex concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders in an understandable way.
  • A passion for advertising and an interest in new ad tech and innovation
  • Enthusiastic, positive & determined
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Natural ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to be effective under pressure
  • Natural attention to detail
  • Comfortable to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Aptitude for planning to ensure tasks are completed as required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
