Job Description

This role is focused on the Mondelēz account, a major and very recent win across Europe, that was onboarded in Q4 2022.

The Mondelēz team are dedicated to harnessing the Power of People, the power of Publicis and the power of Purple, celebrating the marketer’s iconic snacking brands. Their goal is to drive growth for Mondelez in 2023 and beyond, creating magical consumer experiences that don’t just improve brand health or recruit new buyers, but leverage powerful insights to create new consumers, forge direct relationships, invite consumer data, and reduce reliance on paid media.

We’re looking for an International Operations Manager with experience within a busy agency or production environment to join our team.

The Publicis Media teams are responsible for strategic thought leadership, media innovation, planning and investment, cross-channel approaches, tools, tech, and operations for Mondelez. Traditional reach and awareness marketing play an important role for this business, you will be at the forefront of innovation and industry transforming developments.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating and managing project plans both internally and with clients and partner agencies; managing expectations and assuring alignment with the client and agency processes
  • Working closely with the Client Services team and other departments to ensure efficient flow of work through the agency
  • Ensuring briefs are approved and creative teams are briefed in line with timing plans
  • Following reviews, facilitating work with relevant departments within the agency and to potential third parties, ensuring that all work is delivered on time
  • Troubleshooting alternative solutions in situations where there are timing or delivery challenges 
  • Working closely with all departments within the agency and partner agencies to ensure delivery of output is the best possible quality
  • Ensuring cost controller approval on estimates prior to sharing with Clients.

Qualifications

  • A working knowledge of media planning
  • Project management, operations or media delivery experience from working within a media or creative agency
  • Competence with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Able to use tools and systems to track and manage multiple projects
  • A strong communicator with the confidence to take charge of the delivery of multi-channel media projects.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues
  • Proactive, always looking ahead and spotting potential pitfalls
  • Willing to become the champion of the client's business
