About Business Development at CJ Affiliate

The BD team at CJ Affiliate UK are spearheading the growth of CJ in the UK. Due to some recent promotions and changes within the team, we have a brand-new opening for a Business Development Manager (BDM).

What We Will Offer You

About The Role

  • Leading New Business pitches for major brands
  • Build relationships and manage a portfolio of key prospects
  • Create prospect lists by vertical, featuring qualified brands and contact information
  • Creating & designing sales presentations, proposals and other sales and marketing collateral
  • Business and market research to support with pitches
  • Building lists of relevant partner opportunities for prospects/pitches
  • Ensuring sales forecasts are up to date and creating/distributing management reports
  • Documenting client feedback, online articles, and contribute to internal knowledgebases as a resource for other teams, customers, and partners
  • Acting as intermediary between sales and other teams to best meet customer needs
  • Suggesting and leading training initiatives for the team
  • Own your development. Actively seek out opportunities to learn and support those around you.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will meet all or some of the criteria below:

  • 2+ years’ experience in business development, affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools
  • Good time management
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organised
  • Able to manage multiple task/projects
  • Thrives in a fast paced, successful team environment
