Job Description

Razorfish is looking for a Manager, Email Development to join our team on a large client account. 

As a Manager of Email Development, you will be working within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform developing responsive dynamic emails and landing as part of the customer journey.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & build HTML responsive emails using a variety of tools including Dreamweaver (or preferred coding tool) and email marketing software
  • Set-up and test email campaigns using an ESP
  • Provide general support to the email marketing team as a whole
  • Be able to work independently as well as collaborate with other members of the team
  • Mentor junior engineers, help troubleshoot and guide

Required Technical Skills:

  • Email Development experience (4+ years)
  • Leadership experience (2 years)
  • Experience with SFMC (1.5+ year) or any similar platform
  • Experience with Journey Builder & Mobile Studio
  • Experience writing AMPscript or manipulating dynamic content for emails
  • Experience with Image and HTML Coding Optimization for email
  • Experience using testing tools such as Litmus/EoA
  • Comfortable with source version control software
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or XD

It’s a plus to have:

  • Knowledge in WCAG 2.0 guidelines
  • Experience writing SQL automations
  • Knowledge in scripting languages

Compensation Range: $91,500 - $120,000.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
