As an integral member of our Talent Team, you'll collaborate with employees, managers, and the Talent Team to deliver our Talent strategy and put people first. You'll also have the chance to work with other experts from across the Publicis Groupe to build your own expertise and deliver wider talent initiatives.

As our HR Adviser, you'll be responsible for coaching people managers and managing employee relations issues, while driving performance and career development within the business. You'll champion inclusion and celebrate difference, promoting employee wellbeing and belonging through established initiatives and ensuring people managers are proactively managing absence and supporting their team’s wellbeing.  You’ll have an eye for continuous improvement and act as a change agent, while ensuring business compliance with legislation, managing all types of leave, and checking monthly payroll reports. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in a similar role, including experience of managing key talent processes and rolling out talent initiatives. You'll be inclusive, approachable, and committed to fostering a culture where everyone can thrive and be themselves at work. You'll have a 'can do' attitude and a continuous improvement mindset, and be a naturally curious person who wants to innovate and continually move forward.
