Job Description

Performance Opportunity:

Leo Burnett is seeking an Account Supervisor to serve as the “compass” for a blue-chip client within our roster. This Account Supervisor will be responsible for chartering the course set out by the SVP Account Director by guiding the junior members and cross-functional team through flawless execution.

Our client is looking to us to truly shape how the brand goes to market. The Account Supervisor will have the opportunity to help shape and execute how this iconic brand writes their next chapter. This is a great opportunity to build solid and trusting relationships with clients and strategize/execute breakthrough brand campaigns that truly connect with their respective consumers.

  • Provides day-to-day leadership of the strategic plan execution and ensures creative product achieves client’s and agency’s objectives. 
  • Oversees the day-to-day execution and ensures high-quality, cost-effective results. 
  • Demonstrates market insights and contributes to the strategic marketing plan.
  • Presents new ideas and innovative approaches to solving client business issues

Qualifications

Desired Experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing projects with the internal agency team as well as the client brand team. They will be able to run day to day projects and participate in strategic planning and will bring ideas for new ways of working and new processes. 

Hard skills

  • The Account Supervisor should have strong production experience and understand how to get things done. Have a general understanding of how to execute above the line channels.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry, management consulting discipline or a similar industry preferred.
  • Experience in brand building and working in a cross-functional agency team.

Soft skills

  • Proactive and self-starter
  • Problem solver who’s solution oriented
  • Big picture thinker with a keen eye for details
