Job Description

FKA is looking for a Creative Resource Manager to join our Resource Management Team reporting to the Director, Resource Management. The Resource Manager is an essential role within the organization that strategically partners with creative directors, project managers and staff on the optimal utilization and deployment of talent. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the correct balance of talent in order for our teams to deliver amazing work. This role requires a high level of organization and communication skills and the ability to collect critical project information from various individuals to recommend and advise on staffing solutions,  an upbeat positive attitude and willing to problem solve in an ever-changing environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as day-to-day contact for resource management cross-capability and lead weekly creative resourcing meetings
  • Serve as Casting Director who understands the ins and outs of employees’ skill sets, strengths, and weaknesses to appropriately map talent to the business
  • Ensure client teams have the right talent both onshore and offshore by partnering with PM and Creative leadership to understand what the work/client needs
  • Partner with Recruiting on open reqs, keeping them informed of changing talent needs
  • Assist and help influence staffing and casting strategies, including new business planning and forecasting
  • Construct clear, concise, error-free, communications (written and verbal) that provides details required for a specific audience (internal and client), including clear expectations/action requested and relevant implications (i.e. timing, costs, etc.)
  • Make recommendations around and follow-through on the key pillars of Casting – Open to Hire Planning, Client-to-Client rotation, Short-term loans and Long-term Transfers, Cross-office and cross-agency mobility and Freelance Management

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of professional work experience in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Creative agency experience desired
  • Extreme proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Office
  • Experience managing internal relationships and dealing with senior members of staff in a professional manner
  • Solid understanding how the staffing role impacts company performance
  • Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations

Compensation Range: <<70,000>> - <<117,500>>.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
