Job Description

The Client Success Executive role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for supporting our Client Success Manager (CSM). The role will see you working closely with our Client Success Managers to make sure that the platform is running efficiently, the retailer has all they need to ensure a constant revenue stream and the CSM is supported in order to continue the relationship growth. The role includes monitoring the platform, helping to review campaigns, offer optimisation support and lean in.

About the role:

  • Retailer Relationship:
    • Deliver a world-class service to our retail partners, their internal teams and their brands
    • Collaborate effectively with our retailer teams
    • Offer insights to the CSM to be provided to the retailer teams
    • Present the platform through succinct and efficient demo’s as and when required
  • Client Success Support:
    • Support the build of all required marketing material including case studies and how to guides
    • Ensure our platforms are operating correctly and precisely on a daily basis
    • Work closely with the CSM to ensure retailers are well supported in a proactive way

Overall, the Client Success Executive is better understood as being adept in providing a high level of support to the Client Success Manager. It is ensuring they are able to focus on the further development and role out of our business relationship by leading on tasks such as platform integrity, campaign management and approval where required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Client Success Executive who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Has a “can-do” attitude
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Proficient in Windows, Excel, Outlook

It would be great if you also have:

  • Digital Retail Media experience
  • Supplier experience
