Job Description

The MetaSearch Coordinator is an associate level position within the Search department. This individual works closely with integrated client teams, publisher partners, and is responsible for day-to-day campaign management, quarterly planning and collaborating with the broader team to deliver strong business results. A strong understanding of the travel and hotel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities 

  • Supports Metasearch Associate Director in managing budgets towards performance goals and other day to day account maintenance
  • Coordinates day-to-day trafficking, test execution, optimization and troubleshooting between internal and external vendor partners and client
  • Fosters relationships with key publisher partners such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, Kayak,etc.
  • Facilitates progression of projects through collaboration with partners
  • Prepares routine and ad-hoc reports in response to client and internal questions and requests
  • Provide recommendations for new campaigns including tactics, spend and performance estimates etc.​
  • Compile data from multiple sources to create Excel reports​
  • Identify opportunities or insights during ongoing accounts from Engine systems and reports​
  • Provide insight and analysis and perform updates/optimizations to improve performance​
  • Maintain correspondence and inquiries from external and internal partners
  • Collaborates with external partners to perform regular audit

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in paid search prefered 
  • Solid educational background in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and writing
  • Ability to work well in a team, to shine as an individual and to maintain a sense of humor
  • Attention to detail and experience managing a complex task list, as well as meeting tight deadlines
  • Conversant with metasearch terminology and key tools (e.g. Google campaign manager, exceptional excel skills, travel aggregator sites: Kayak, Tripadvisor, etc.)
  • BA/BS degree in a related field required.

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
