Opportunity:

The Client Success Manager, PMX Consulting EMEA will be responsible for supporting and contributing towards the overall success and performance of PMX Consulting, by onboarding and enabling our customers to use our proprietary tools and solutions. Coordinating with our Agency, Client, Publicis Media Technology and Analytics Consulting Teams to plan, map and set-up access to our media platforms across categories including search, social, ad serving, and more, to deliver on capabilities for informing and enhancing biddable and digital advertising strategies.

This role’s primary focus is to work with our local Agency and Client Team colleagues in the EMEA region to plan and coordinate with internal team’s ad tech vendors for data and platform access, to deliver success with the set-up and enablement of PMX Consulting solutions and capabilities including Analytics Suite.

The Client Success Manager is a proactive individual who is process driven and has an attention to detail, with professional communication and project management skills. Ideally with relevant experience in digital marketing metrics including ad tech platform reporting and Excel expertise.

About Biddable Power:

This begins with holistic strategic consulting across all digital media channels and incorporating data, technology and creative. Supporting this, we will be building business-centric KPI frameworks and analytics with consumer-journey- and optimal data flow. The backbone will be multi-region and local activation excellence. All applied across the region on global clients and on major market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with agency teams to access DSP, social, search, ad server and verification vendor accounts to extract account logic and naming
  • Map vendor account extracts into templates to support the Publicis Media Technology and Analytics Consulting Teams to technically onboard and enable the data into our technology stack
  • Maintain the consistency across data sets and accuracy of the mappings submitted via regular comms with the agency teams
  • Working with agency teams, identify local market and global client ad tech vendor contacts and support models plus priority vendors for technical integration
  • Work with the Publicis Media Technology team to understand the data source processes and coordination with vendors to ensure data availability is met for PMX Consulting use cases
  • Communicate with Agency teams on the processes for platform support and access
  • Enable and maintain agency and client team permissions for access to our advanced analytics and insights Analytics Suite platform
  • Be part of the client and agency team trainings to communicate on requirements, timelines and processes required to successfully set-up and enable our customers to use our proprietary tools and solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media is ideal
  • Broad knowledge of at least one advertising technology such as programmatic, display, search and social platforms, ad servers, ad exchanges and the utilisation of resulting data sets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • An understanding of data, a knowledge of SQL is ideal
  • Ideally understand the standard workflows and metrics involved in digital marketing programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly organised, a self-starter, detail oriented and solutions focused
  • Must be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once,
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Must be able to adapt to different working styles as this person will be continuously meeting and collaborating with new people
