Job Description

Responsibilities:

Inter-company Relationship Management

  • Review month end billing to ensure accuracy
  • Purchase order (PO) management and procurement as necessary
  • Use inter-company relationship tools and dashboards to manage weekly and monthly forecasting
  • Confirm all job codes are properly set up for time tracking
  • Review inter-company time on a weekly basis
  • Oversee offline inter-company agreement (ICA) tracker and ensure proper steps are followed for billing
  • Review relationship end dates on a weekly basis and work with team to adjust as necessary
  • Ad hoc inter-company relationship analysis requests

Contractor Usage Management

  • Manage current contractor list, containing costs and hours – updates occur weekly
  • Review contractor time on a weekly basis, and use to create future forecast
  • Monitor contractor billing to ensure accuracy
  • Purchase order (PO) management and procurement as necessary, to align with weekly updates
  • Preparation of month end accrual as necessary
  • Ad hoc contractor analysis requests

Headcount Reporting

  • Review headcount for different business lanes and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Track hires and leavers on a weekly basis
  • Monitor freelance headcount
  • Prepare monthly reporting on open roles
  • Assist in billable analysis
  • Ad hoc headcount analysis requests
  • Additional ad hoc financial analysis requests, not related to the above

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
  • BS degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter with problem solving and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Team player who can adapt/adhere to changing priorities
  • Works well under pressure and under challenging deadlines in a fast-paced, complex, organization
  • Microsoft Excel proficient, including pivot tables and macros
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management reporting systems would be a plus

“Compensation Range: $58,500 -$78,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.”
