GENERAL SUMMARY

We are looking for a Digital Account Supervisor to work on the Lexus business who leads and oversees day-to-day client business, specifically  working on Lexus.com including the Owners site, as well as coordinating with the Clients and partner Agency who oversees dealer sites. This Account Supervisor will support the senior team members in day-to-day Client Business Management, as well as managing one direct report. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relations with multiple Clients and supervising the execution of digital projects across business units. This will include multiple projects happening simultaneously. Must be able to focus on the business needs of the Client and be able to articulate agency perspective on recommended solutions that contribute to innovative ideas in support of the Clients’ goals.

Day to Day:

Client Management:

  • Understand the Client’s business and products
  • Build rapport and credibility with Client’s at multiple levels to comfortably engage in frequent Client contact
  • Continuously provide a clear line of communication between Lexus clients and multiple agency teams throughout the duration of a digital campaign
  • Field request from Clients to keep projects on track and on budget
  • Remain actively involved in day-to-day Client initiatives, while building an understanding of digital, the Lexus business and Lexus products 
  • Play a substantive role in major presentations to clients, including project planning and selling creative and technical solutions
  • Provide guidance to Clients, assisting them with any aspects of digital marketing. Be willing to engage clients on difficult issues.
  • Update Account Director on status of projects and answering Client inquires 
  • Works with Digital Producer to ensure meeting recaps are sent to all parties
  • Initiate and issue conference reports (under supervision of Account Director)
  • Maintain weekly Client status reports, conference reports and oversee job/change orders
  • Work with account team to prepare and produce special projects and materials for Client presentations 
  • Manage all arrangements for Client meetings, including set-up, multi-media needs, and catering  
  • Review all materials and confirm accuracy prior to client presentations and final production

Team Leadership: 

  • Practice standard operating procedures within the department to engage with others professionally, efficiently, and profitably
  • Champion agency process to ensure quality of work
  • Become familiar with and adhere to agency financial and operating procedures and policy
  • Supervise Assistant Account Executive (AAE); inspire, motivate, train and mentor as appropriate

Project Initiation and Scope:

  • Define project parameters and client needs.
  • Manage client expectations regarding timing, schedules and process.

Project Communication and Integration:

  • Manage client communications, providing insight to agency team members regarding client business and project-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with xD, creative & strategy teams regarding project strategic direction and integration.
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients, including client meeting minutes, next step clarification, status updates and approvals
  • Consult with appropriate stakeholders and subject-matter experts in the idea development process.

Project Assignments and Scope:

  • Develop all assignment briefs and presentations in partnership with strategic planning.
  • Oversee upcoming workload and development calendar with known or potential projects.
  • Account for overall project budgets and scope.

Experience: 

  • 4-7 years digital experience required, preferred automotive experience 

Education: 

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred. 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have a clear understanding of web, online banners, mobile, tablet, digital analytics, and basic understanding of search.
  • Must have exceptional presentation skills as well as excellent analytical skills.
  • Must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style.
