  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key phases of the project; from project kick-off to presentation of results
  • Assist in the development of project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines, and other related materials for the management of deliverables
  • Provide SAS/SQL programming, in the execution of data analysis that will contribute to the final project deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing and monitoring project progress relative to timeline and scope
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics and project executions including but not limited to data transfers, understanding data structures and business rules
  • Conduct analysis by qualitatively and/or quantitatively preparing data and analyzing data/information. Prepare reports and analyses, uncovering insights and developing business recommendations based on data findings

  • Present reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations
  • Create compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Prioritize and monitor project progress against goals; tracking budgeted hours
  • QA/QC data and report or analyses output to ensure accuracy
  • Participate in presentation of analyses/ reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, engineering, etc.). MS/ MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics field
  • Experienced with marketing measurement process, tools and algorithms
  • Hands on experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with knowledge of digital media and pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing preferred
  • Proven hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like SAS, SQL, Tableau
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional talents in creating powerful presentations which visually displays the data effectively and demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables
  • Ability to articulate and deliver insights and recommendations to the client and executive audience

Desirable Qualifications: 

  • Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline
  • Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables; proficiency with business visualization tools (e.g., interactive dashboard software)
  • Ability to program in newer and emerging languages such as R and Python preferred

Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000
