Job Description

Publicis Sapient is looking for a strong compensation professional who is looking to take on an exciting opportunity working in a highly matrixed global organization. As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will provide strong problem-solving and analytical skills to the role from a client-service oriented lens. Your in-depth knowledge of compensation trends and practices will be used to provide strategic consulting support to internal stakeholders, including our People Success teams and business leaders. 

Your Impact:
•Act as a trusted advisor to People Strategy’s Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) —owning relationships with our People Strategy team to provide consultative support to specific clients as needed.
•Provide analytical support and subsequent recommendations to People Strategy and Talent Acquisition on compensation-related events (e.g., hiring, promotions, transfers, demotions, saves, etc.).
•Support the annual salary, bonus, and promotion reviews and work closely with the broader Compensation and People Strategy (HR) team.
•Participate in surveys, research on best practices, tracks current and emerging trends to understand PS position in the competitive market. 
•Conduct market analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to present outcomes and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support the implementation of North American compensation programs. 
•Support evaluation of geographic market information on an annual basis and support the process for updating job structures and salary ranges.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Review existing tools related to compensation and identify enhancements to enhance and refine current workflows.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:
•Experience supporting compensation programs including merit, bonus, creation and maintenance of salary ranges.
•Strong MS Office skills: advanced MS Excel skills required.
•Strong quantitative aptitude, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and prepare quantitative and qualitative reports to present recommendations.
•Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and research skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees at all levels.
•Proven ability to exercise discretion and judgment when handling multiple competing priorities, and confidential personnel matters in a rapidly changing business environment.
