Job Description

The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of the life cycle of a digital media campaign, excellent organization skills, and experience in process documentation. The Business Operations Senior Analyst will support strategic operations reviews, process improvements, technology deployments and optimization initiatives. This role will assist in driving productivity, efficiency, continual process improvement and innovation.

This role will work collaboratively with agency operations and media investment teams to deploy operational standards and help streamline processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

  • Manage operational analysis, process improvement and documentation
  • Drive process improvement and innovation efforts  
  • Demonstrated business analysis and technical writing skills required to create accurate documentation and processes
  • Understanding of media planning & buying, especially in the digital workflow, with an emphasis on investment, traffic, systems & operations
  • Conduct business reviews with internal and external teams to identify ways to streamline or automate processes
  • Must be very detailed oriented and able to manage/prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated background in process development and documentation
  • Experience working with Media Buying and Planning tools
  • Experience working with Ad Tech partners - Preferred
  • Experience working with integrated media – Preferred
  • Media Operations, Technical Operations, Business Operations - desired

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis in the media and advertising industry 
  • Experience working with a wide range of junior and senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge in media systems
  • Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Experience managing process documentation and workflow design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
