Job Description

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic and collaborative with a passion for driving innovation.

You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged but with diplomacy. Close attention to detail and a positive attitude are crucial.

It is the role of the Publishing and Audio Executive to assist their team in all aspects related to implementing publishing, direct display & audio campaigns.  

  • Campaign set up including trafficking, tag QA and live checks
  • In flight client reporting
  • Client campaign planning
  • Ensure best in class finance protocol is adhered, including client reconciliations and finance queries 
  • Build internal relationships with other planning, activation and internal specialists, as well as external relationships with clients, suppliers and 3rd parties
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and gain presentation skills by transferring that knowledge to internal team members

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working within Excel and be able to analyse and manipulate data.
  • Be comfortable working within Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills
