Job Description

Role Summary:

The role of the Biddable Senior Executive focuses on delivering best in class campaign activation, optimisation and analysis, primarily for two finance clients, across branding, awareness and direct response campaign objectives. The clients are Visa and AXA. You will be working very closely with a more junior Exec, with the opportunity to develop your management skills and will report into the Biddable AM who oversees all biddable media activation for the client. You will be working across both Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, with activity primarily targeting the UK.

You will work with the Exec to ensure the biddable media strategy is executed, implementation and optimisation goals are achieved and clients’ targets are met as efficiently as possible within the given timescales. These are fast-paced and dynamic clients who are looking for innovation and success. You will have your own campaigns to run but also get a chance to delegate and oversee the Exec.

You will work with partners including Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok. Biddable experience is preferred, but candidates with a background in either Paid Search or Paid Social will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for activation, optimisation and reporting via Search Ads 360 and Social platforms (primarily including, but not limited to, Facebook/Instagram and Twitter)
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecasts
  • Support the AM on regular client communications
  • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing

We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright candidate, with a strong passion for all things digital and the drive to establish a successful career in media. We are looking for candidates with ideally 1-2 years’ experience in PPC and Paid Social. This role offers a great opportunity to develop line management skills. Passion for digital, an open mind and an ability to work well with people are a must.

Pre-requisites for the role:

  • In-depth knowledge of biddable advertising, particularly Facebook and Google with a clear understanding of optimisation across these platforms
  • Media planning and analytical skills
  • Prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Team contribution
  • Performics values and ethics – Is open to new ideas and change, curious, and collaborative; actively builds his/her knowledge, skills and digital expertise in order to promote and deliver effective campaigns ; desire to contribute, above and beyond role, to the agency as a whole
