Job Description

As a Supply (Media Inventory) Executive, under guidance from the team lead, you will:

  • Be the key point of contact for day-to-day supply engagement for internal teams, driving excellence in standards, process, and priorities.
  • Drive day to day engagement with key programmatic supply partners – global as well as regional vendors.
  • Collaborate with local markets to gather & consolidate feedback & requirements.
  • Monitor & analyze supply analytics to maximise client media value and drive unique benefits that are only available via Precision and Publicis Media.
  • Develop seasonal supply packages (in sync with vendors) and offerings catered to clients’ needs.
  • Maintain and refine internal supply feedback loop with trading team and agencies.
  • Maintain the supply ‘test & innovation’ framework to continuously develop unique offerings for our clients.
  • Compile monthly supply updates and facilitate knowledge sharing in sync with the larger supply team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM or analytical field preferred.
  • 1 year Media or Agency experience required. Supply management experience preferred.
  • Self Starter - Resilient, positive attitude and keen to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines.
  • A team player with a flair for numbers.
