Job Description

At Langland PRP, we are passionate about bringing thought-provoking health stories to the world and making evidence useful to everyone. We develop communications and campaigns that are grounded in deep scientific insight and brought to life with award-winning creativity. We partner with our clients across the whole product lifecycle from strategic communication planning to content development, internal and external outreach across traditional, digital and social channels.

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking an ambitious and hard-working Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects on some of our biggest accounts. You will be the day-to-day contact for your clients, ensuring that the team is fully supporting them at all times. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role within a close-knit team who put collaboration at the heart of everything.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Deliver innovative and effective ideas
  • Ensure commercial success for both client and agency
  • Lead projects on some of our biggest accounts
  • Be the day-to-day contact for your clients
  • Build great internal and external relationships
  • Ensure the team is fully supporting clients at all times

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as an Account Manager within an agency working on healthcare accounts
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A credible voice to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A passion for healthcare and a genuine enthusiasm for the work we do
