Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Strategist, Engagement Strategy to join our team and play a key role in delivering our vision of digital-first work that is both highly creative and data-driven. In this role, you will advocate for a people-powered, customer-focused approach and lead projects with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with the support of agency Strategy Directors, helping clients plan and deliver connected experiences that flex across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Gather insights and use those to shape people-powered strategies on a range of platforms and channels including email, CRM, web, and social (paid and owned)
  • Help clients on their change journeys, by shaping test-and-learn pilots that gather data and insights, as well as running workshops building transformation strategies
  • Work across the Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe UK networks to build relationships with data-driven strategy experts and resource with whom we can partner to deliver
  • Unpack complex business challenges, discern insights, and shape plans that drive business results
  • Design engagement strategies that continue to build data-driven learning and insight
  • Confidently help brands and businesses design engagement programmes which flex across digital and face-to-face channels
  • Run workshops and brainstorms to develop both strategic deliverables and creative ideas
  • Create clarity for creative teams and clients in how to deliver compelling content and conversation people need, even in the most complex environments
  • Define the strategy across the range of digital touchpoints, channels and platforms leveraged by the pharmaceutical industry with expert knowledge in a few across the range of paid/owned/earned channels: social media, paid media, email/CRM, SFMC, Veeva, web, mobile, SEO, SEM

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience developing CRM strategies with data-driven segments, personalised journeys, test-&-learn calendars, and marketing automation
  • Experience with data and measurement strategy including defining strategic and tactical KPIs, developing reporting calendars, and outlining tagging requirements to execute on measurement and reporting plans
  • Experience providing strategic input into analytical modelling exercises, partnering with statisticians for delivery, and drawing insights from the results
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks and the role of MDM, CDP, preference management, DAM, CMS, CRM, web analytics, automated reporting, etc.
  • Experience with modular content strategy and experience planning
  • Experienced in insight analysis across a wide range of inputs: secondary research, social analytics, primary research, digital channel engagement data, including good skills in Excel (analytics data, performance reports, etc.)
  • Proven experience in workshop facilitation
  • Exceptional PPT communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading and delivering client projects independently, with minimal oversight
  • Interest in working in healthcare, and curiosity about industry-specific challenges and opportunities

Desired/Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Global healthcare experience with specific focus on professional
  • Paid social experience (strategy definition, targeting strategy, performance reporting)
  • Change management experience, working with organizations in setting global-to-local delivery models
  • Brand communications strategy experience
  • Experience partnering with creative teams on modular content creation and delivery
