Job Description

Our mission is to be the most progressive networked agency in the market, a home to fresh and diverse talent- We’re looking for a brilliant data-driven Junior Strategist to join us on this journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Junior agency lead on Insight & Data including:
    • Qualitative and quantitative consumer research
    • Global research & trends
    • Effectiveness measurement
    • Progressive AI and machine-learning data analytics
  • Supporting the Chief Strategy Office and the Group Data Strategist with surfacing powerful insights from data.
  • Passionate about the potential of data + insights to transform a communications narrative, a creative idea, the direction of a brand or the connection with an audience.
  • Primary user of the following tools (examples only as new tools and services are constantly in development):
    • Social listening – Netbase & Brandwatch
    • Language analysis – Relativ Insights
    • Publishing – Signal AI, Newswhip, BuzzSumo
    • SEO – Google Trends, SEMrush
    • Global research & trends – GWI, Mintel
    • NLP engines – Relative Insight, Adoreboard
    • Web analytics – GA, Google Data Studio
  • Lead user of our proprietary insights tool the Belief Stack to uncover new knowledge
  • Enthusiastic to develop an industry-leading data communications practice that takes the most progressive and creative leaps with data.

Qualifications

  • Confident in the handling of different types of data and data models
  • An excellent and confident communicator, able to translate hard numbers into real human insights.

  • A creative thinker and problem solver – someone who is excited to find a lateral way into a question or challenge.

  • Whilst the person is not expected to be a statistician or data analyst, they will be super interested in what is possible with bodies of data and have a willingness to explore and develop the growing opportunities in this space (there’s a lot!)
