Job Description

Starcom is looking for a Senior Account Manager to work on the prestigious car brand, Maserati.

Maserati is an integral brand and part of Stellantis, one of our largest global accounts across Publicis Groupe. Maserati is very digitally focussed, with over 90% of their media budget in digital channels. This position is a great opportunity to evolve an exciting and engaged client, working with the global network of over 20 markets and working on Global campaigns.

The Maserati team are the leads for driving the global campaign strategy and delivery. While Strategy, Planning and Activation are at the core of what we do, we are increasingly involved in wider business conversations around success metrics, measurement, and reporting, as well as improving areas such as global data management, process and communication efficiencies.

In your role as a Senior Account Manager, you will be leading the global campaign planning and delivery and cross market coordination, creation and sharing of best practices, media guidelines, working on global performance data analysis, and ensuring markets and regions meet the high-quality standards required by Maserati.

You will be in day-to-day contact with the global Maserati clients, based in Italy. They participate in all strategy discussions with reporting to the Global CMO.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Play a key part in the development of global media strategies, brand activations and adaptation to regions and local markets
  • Lead on campaign project management, from briefing to activation team management and analysis
  • Undertake analysis on the markets and regions campaign performance using the global performance dashboard, prepare reports and presentations
  • To ensure a constant level of best practice operations, in order to deliver consistency across local markets and in all regions.

What you will need:

  • A strong background in digital media (social, search, programmatic, display), including tech stack and end to end tracking experience
  • Excellent campaign and projects management skills, able to manage multiple media partners and markets
  • Experience in multi-market campaign planning, Maserati have 8 main markets all running campaigns across different platforms
  • Comfortable with linking different agency teams, locally and internationally to deliver high quality and timely responses
  • An understanding of a luxury client or the automotive industry and what the customer journey looks like would be ideal, but not essential
