Job Description

The Planning team is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of campaign activations across Display, Paid Search, SEO & Social across a variety of clients.

This role will cover a range of clients that are running a mix of different digital performance channels for their national campaigns.

The key clients include:

  • Luxury department store specialising in designer labels and high value good
  • British hotel chain that caters to a range of clientele
  • B2B client in the finance industry

Within this role, you’ll be working closely with cross-channel specialist to deliver integrated campaigns for our clients throughout the UK. The Planning Team gives you exposure to a range of business sectors, digital channels and digital strategies.

No two days are the same within the Planning Team and it’s great for people who enjoy working within a team and developing strong relationships!

  • Supporting the implementation of campaign strategies
  • Manage the campaign briefing process and workflow of the channel teams
  • Analysis of cross-channel media performance, using website analytics & data from the channel platforms to establish the contribution each channel is delivering
  • Keeping up to date with digital trends both in media and our clients verticals
  • Working with media owners across social, display and search to identify new platforms, publishers and products that can help support client campaign objectives
  • Promote the performance planning team and participate in internal training, projects and new business

In 6 months time…

You will have further developed your knowledge of digital media channels and be able to plan cross-channel integrated strategies using a range of key planning tools.

You will also have improved knowledge around measurement and attribution models and gained the client’s trust as the key day to day contact and the go to for ad-hoc briefs. 

You will be independently managing internal team and client status calls while delivering channel strategies to support the launch of a new website for a key client.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in planning consumer facing Digital Campaigns
  • Experience across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social & Display
  • Strong understanding of key reporting metrics across media channels and how these ladder up to support client business objectives
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise your workload
  • Excellent communication skills across emails, client calls, presentations and delivering reports
