Job Description

Our OOH Client Director role sits within a completely in-house OOH team, embedded within the agency. We are the only major UK agency group that can deliver this independently of OOH Specialist support.

As the OOH Client Director, you will have three overarching responsibilities

Growth for Clients: Create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients and collaborate with various teams such as Planning, Content, Data, and Investment within the broader Publicis Media organisation.

Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of your team.

Drive Growth for Starcom: You will be an ambassador for the Starcom brand; helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning and/or buying OOH media
  • Strong understanding of the OOH marketplace, inclusive of data, mobile, and programmatic opportunities
  • Excellent relationships with OOH media owners
  • Strong leadership qualities, including experience in managing a high-performing team. A proactive approach to mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • Proven commercial and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker able to create innovative solutions to client challenges. A logical and analytic skillset
  • Ability to present to clients with confidence and gravitas
