Job Description

Assess and elevate the feasibility of digital and interactive concepts ensuring it aligns with client’s brief and budget, seeing projects through from brief to launch.

Responsible for the planning and delivery of digital and interactive projects across multiple clients, working with internal agency teams and multiple production partners.

Producing budget breakdowns, timing plans, resource schedule and scoping documentation.

Purpose:

The role of the Producer (interactive & experiential) is to lead the generation, crafting and production of great ideas into great interactive experiences. Projects range from social AR, web builds, dynamic outdoor digital posters and real world digital activations.  Experience with metaverse and experiential activations are nice to have but not essential.

Areas of accountability:

  • Regular contact with your team, client and all relevant 3rd party partners.
  • Being a good point of contact for all questions/queries
  • To ensure the best quality of output on what we deliver for our clients
  • To help develop and drive the right process
  • To work with the broader team with areas of specialism for each process
  • The timely delivery of output for client
  • Management and accountability for budget spends
  • Creating the right conditions and morale for teamwork
  • Mentoring and coaching Assistant Producers

Qualifications

Financial skills

  • To be able to manage costs, deliver against a budget and be accountable for all production cost management (billing, reconciliation etc..).
  • Proactively work to control and reduce costs where possible.

 

People skills

  • Ability to motivate a team of people, to get the best out of people, to be able to develop internal & external trusted relationships (clients and partners). 
  • To be considered friendly and approachable, a go to person.
  • Maintain professional, practical and successful working relationships with internal and external clients:  Account management, Creative dept, Project management,  Design, Mission Possible, Finance, Media companies, Client
  • To be able to build rapport with miscellaneous project stakeholders.

  • The ability to develop and execute a plan of action.  To clarify goals and maintain focus of a team
  • Pull together and then orchestrate a complex network of individuals to deliver best in class work.
  • Able to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and tight budgets.
  • Able to deliver mitigate risk whilst keeping the project on track in terms of timings and costs.
  • Potential management responsibility of Assistant Producers.
  • Supporting the Team and Department heads by adapting to and resolving issues as they arise.

  • Self starter, who is innovative in their approach to problem solving and prepared to think laterally on any given task
  • An appetite to learn and develop further is a must, with a passion for innovation and thinking outside the box.

  • Should have knowledge of production disciplines (film, print, mobile, content, AFP, events/experiential, gaming, publishing)
