Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional Business Director to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract to lead on one of our biggest growth accounts: Primark.

What will I be doing?

Primark is moving through a significant transition at the moment, and investing into digital transformation like never before. You will ultimately lead on this client and play a large part in that transformation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Fully and autonomously leading the Primark account;
  • Ensuring their planned digital transformation continues at pace and driving collaboration across the Power of One team, whilst also spotting and leveraging growth opportunities where possible;
  • Leading a team of 5 people;
  • Delivering sustainable profitability and growth across clients with accurate forecasting.

 

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

When looking for great talent to join Team Blue, we look for someone with high EQ, the ability to build strong relationships and someone who really wants to expand a high growth client, delivering category leading work for Primark.  In terms of the experience that we're looking for, you'll have:

  • Strong experience in and an understanding of digital planning across SEO, social, programmatic and global activation;
  • Led strategic direction for your clients, supporting management in delivering against a growth plan;
  • Confidently managed forecasting and profitability conversatoins with partners, the client and your teams;
  • Worked in a large agency, on a key client and demonstrated real impact.

We are doing things that haven’t ever been done within the retail landscape and it’s already delivering strong results. We want someone that isn’t afraid of digital, someone that is not afraid to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up and challenge the status quo.
