Company Description

HARBOR  is seeking an ADR Mixer to join our new London long-form post facility. Working in our central London ADR studios, the ADR Mixer will be responsible for both the undertaking of ADR sessions for theatrical & episodic clients, as well as preparing facilities and equipment for sessions in facility and remotely. The ADR mixer will work with the larger production and sales team to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Highly motivated, with extreme attention to detail and the ability to motivate and manage a team of artists, this individual will also be extremely organized.

Job Description

  • Ability to carry out ADR sessions for high profile clients, often under high pressure
  • Proven knowledge and experience of all aspects of ADR including remote sessions
  • Work with both internal and external sound clients to make sure the highest standards are met
  • Work with the wider audio team and head of technology to identify new equipment requirements and workflows
  • Solve problems quickly and completely, enlisting the proper stakeholders while maintaining ownership of the end solution 
  • Liaise with the production team on scheduling of work and staff to help find solutions for clients
  • Respond to client queries and requests in an efficient and timely manner, proactively engaging before, during, and after a project 
  • Comply with all security protocols as directed by the MPAA, studio, or network 
  • Work with production/sales department to determine cost of work to be performed for providing formal bids, overages, and actuals 
  • Support the wider audio facility team where required
  • Other duties, as required and assigned 

Qualifications

  • Significant relevant experience as an ADR mixer
  • Significant Protools and relevant plugin experience
  • Experience with operating remote ADR records
  • Ability to interface with clients successfully and problem-solve proactively whilst working under pressure
  • Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented and excellent communication skills
