Job Description
We are looking to hire Media Executive to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns for clients.
Main Tasks:
- Collect, Transform, Load, and Analyze data to drive operational efficiencies
- Develop close working relationships with vendors, as well as manage cross-departmental stakeholders
- Develop expertise in extracting and loading data from/into planning/reporting platforms (Ads manager, reach planner, Tableau, Power BI, GWI, Brand Puls …)
- Analyze data sets to highlight key learnings – and translate learnings into insights and actionable recommendations
- Monitor campaign elements, performance and proactively share status updates with client
- Build periodic market trends, new advertising products, competitive activity reports for respective industries
- Use data to build media plans with solid rationales in response for briefs
- Brief, guide, and follow up with stakeholders and practice teams on execution of campaigns
- Ensure administrative and logistic requirements are fulfilled by the administration team in a timely, structured, and processed manner
- Get to learn and grow your dictionary of advertising products, formats, channels and always stay up to date the latest innovations in the industry
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can come in and create impact. This person should exude confidence and display a desire to learn. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported and trained, we would be ideally looking for someone who can ‘hit the ground running’, embraces change, receptive to constructive feedback, and puts the team first
Ideally we are looking for someone who has:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the different functions and roles within the agency.
- Broad knowledge of the market, consumer, channels and media research available.
- Analytical skills and ability to read and interpret data, an analytical mind with a creative eye.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure.
- Efficient, proactive and takes ownership of work.
