Job Description

We're looking for a confident and outgoing LATAM D-Comm Lead  who has a passion for eCommerce. The role is fast-paced and challenging, with room for growth and progression.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has had 3 years of work experience in the same role, in the advertising and marketing industry, managing large advertisers. Professional in advertising and marketing or administrative careers . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.

Qualifications

The LATAM D-Comm Lead is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth with eCom accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • To create the DComm strategy, management of media plans execution, negotiation, results tracking, and learning agenda.
  • Develop media & commercial relationships and expand the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Drive strategic relationships and accelerated growth while operating within approved trade marketing parameters and balancing effectiveness and efficiency of trade and media investment.
  • Develop the media recommendation for the promotional strategy for the e-commerce channels.
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement relevant campaigns through selected e-commerce portals working closely with the client team to drive visibility and business.
  • Evaluate e-commerce media & commercial performance and make recommendations for future activity (KPI definition and reporting).
  • Be a key influencer in the short and long-term execution of the e-commerce strategy.
  • Connecting to the Global team to review media systems and processes in the Purchase phase and drive standardization and optimization through the exchange of "Best Practices" and capacity building.
