The Technology and Activation Group (TAAG) is at the centre of the agency’s digital capabilities. TAAG ensure the right technology is being used to deliver digital advertising to our client’s audience. TAAG then also ensures that this technology is applied in a way that allows measurement of that advertising to gauge the effectiveness 

You will be required to:

Create and traffic ad campaigns using a variety of ad servers, working alongside other TAAG Managers.

Organize and manage team of Execs and Senior Execs to ensure client SLAs are met and campaigns are trafficked to a consistently high standard.

Lead campaign troubleshooting and issue resolution with client teams, creative agencies and clients as required.

Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative.

Be the day-to-day TAAG contact across a number of client for internal account teams, to lead on any technical client questions/requirements.

Have strong time management skills to be able to work across a variety of projects at the same time.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience in Google Campaign Manager and ad servers generally (incl. Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform)

Experience in conversion site tagging, rich media, etc. knowledge/experience with GMP, Google 360 suite

Working knowledge of VVF vendors (viewability, verification, and fraud prevention)

Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, or APIs

Knowledge of Tag Management Systems (GTM, Ensighten, Signal, Tealium, etc.)

Knowledge of the working relationships with second- and third-party ad tech vendors

Experienced in Programmatic Operations (DMPs, DSPs, Exchanges, SSPs)

Previous experience in web analytics practices, e.g. SSA, Site Optimization, CRO, A/B Testing

Educated in the expanding area of DCO vendors (Flashtalking, Sizmek, Revjet, Jivox, etc.)

Knowledge of attribution solutions (Flashtalking, GMP, Neustar, Visual IQ, etc.)
