Job Description

We are seeking someone to become an expert lead in data activation and represent Epsilon Peoplecloud in Publicis Groupe new business pitches. This is a high profile role where the right individual can help us to define our future as a centre of excellence for scalable technology within Publicis Groupe.

The role:

  • Be the primary commercial contact, representing Epsilon Audience Media across Publicis Media agencies Spark, Starcom, Zenith, and Digitas
  • Confidently present Epsilon DMS solutions, including Audience Media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with planning and investment teams across the Publicis Media agencies and Apex.
  • Identify relevant opportunities where Epsilon can play a key role in helping Publicis Agencies
  • Demonstrate full understanding of the agency planning and buying process
  • Identify gaps for more effective and cohesive ways of working
  • Support in developing and adapting content that positions Epsilon Audience Media as market leading solutions
  • Work closely with PMX Lift and Apex Digital teams to grow revenues across CTV, OLV, Display
  • Support Epsilon Audience Media Account Management team with existing clients, upselling, presenting
  • Collaborate with Epsilon BD team, client development, client services, and product management teams regularly to determine more adaptive ways of working and new product opportunities
  • Attend weekly product and sales training (lunch and learns) as well as wider internal and external training
  • Knowledge share with our immediate teams to drive development and education of tools, channels and marketplace capabilities you are exposed to as part of agency work
  • Be responsible for creating visibility of your workflow and progress
  • Solve complex problems and issues
  • Be tactical in nature, helping to develop strategy
  • Show significant understanding of the marketplace
  • Understand Publicis/Epsilon contracts and negotiation process

Qualifications

  • 5+ years digital and commercial experience
  • Specialisation in digital media
  • Experience agency side or vendor side preferred
  • Presenting new and challenging commercial ideas to client-side decision makers
