Job Description

This is a great opportunity if you're not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and immersing yourself in the detail to ensure an efficient and smooth operation... As a Traffic Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the creative organization!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the workflow of the creative department and other departments in coordination with the communication teams across teams
  • Manage all resources and ensure all projects / account are staffed accordingly
  • Review timelines for campaigns and business requests with Account & Creatives
  • Manage the team's time and make recommendations to prioritize their workload to ensure timely work delivery
  • Work closely with the team leads in prioritizing / re-allocating workloads
  • Flag resourcing bottlenecks / conflicts and make recommendations to the senior leadership team
  • Take ownership of the resource management tools to ensure resource crunches are identified and addressed.
  • Manage the day to day running of the workload allocations 
  • Make sure the resources are properly utilizing their time to ensure efficiency
