Zenith Global is looking for a new Digital Hub Campaign Manager within the Digital Hub team, a rapidly growing and successful team to manage the campaigns for Social, Programmatic and Search. The role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced digital campaign manager to join a newly established team which will be servicing local clients by managing campaigns throughout the end-to-end process for Swarovski.

The Campaign Manager is a pivotal role in the Digital Hub structure, liaising and supporting multiple stakeholders to guarantee channel teams are being briefed correctly, Hub deliverables are provided within SLAs and campaigns are managed with outstanding performance.

Job Description

  • Manage Search, Social, eComm and PRG multi-market campaigns for Swarovski
  • Be the first gate to sense check briefings and liaise with local teams if key details are missing and manage this with them
  • Assign campaigns to channel teams, providing due date and next steps (educate channel teams to regularly update campaign status within their workflows and use LionBox to upload all files)
  • Follow-up with channel teams to guarantee media plans, rationales, reports, and actuals are delivered on time
  • Lead weekly calls with channel teams to discuss campaign status, flag roadblocks and prioritise urgent requests
  • Lead weekly calls with client servicing teams to ensure visibility on upcoming briefs and align on next steps for ongoing activations
  • Support data team on Data Governance process to ensure adherence to Swarovski taxonomy
  • Ensure top level alignment of response and technical brief
  • Work close with Hub lead to ensure and support on operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of working within a large company
  • Basic understanding of Search, Social, eComm and PRG planning
  • Prior project management/account management experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with multi-cultural background
  •  Proven record ability to deliver against strict schedules
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills (key as SLAs will be challenged constantly)
  • Professional, ambitious, driven and team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed
