The Role

This role is responsible for the implementation of the Digital product delivered by MBM. This role works directly with the Digital Account Management team, implementing best practice across digital media activity with a view to delivering excellent measurable outcomes for client.

What you will be doing

Campaign Implementation

  • Develop specification documents to provide to partner agencies, and managing the correct delivery of ad formats.
  • Loading ad placements into the Google Marketing Platform ad serving system, Campaign Manager
  • Creating and distributing ad-tags & click-tags along with creative material to media partners.

Campaign Reporting

  • Supporting the team with campaign research and reporting.
  • Creating accurate campaign performance reports (both interim and final) to be presented internally and to clients.
  • Identifying insights from results to inform future campaigns.

Finance and Admin

  • Maintaining accurate timesheet records - Implementation of media bookings and fees into the Pegasus system.
  • Accurate actual entries into Pegasus monthly.
  • Taking ownership of any invoice queries and resolving these quickly and efficiently.

Other

  • Maintaining relevant Facebook Blueprint and Google Partners certifications e.g. AdWords, Google Analytics IQ.
  • Staying abreast of platform developments and maintaining technical proficiency.
  • Actively contributing to agency culture through positive teamwork and energy.
