Job Description

Being employee of Publicis Groupe you will be part of the exclusive team for one of the most important clients of the group both in Spain and worldwide. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will have the primary day-to-day responsibility and is expected to be unquestionably familiar with all account details as they pertain to media. 

How you’d spend your day:

  • Supporting the Account Manager in the development of Client's digital (one of the most renowned consumer healthcare clients) strategy with guidelines and approach moving forward:
  • Consistently monitoring activation of the strategy - Modify and adapt as needed
  • Extract learnings and provide recommendations based on media results (according to the different KPIs of the campaign).
  • Work with other members of the media team in daily media responsibilities.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in media
  • Managing day to day client interaction
  • Maintain high level of work quality.
  • Building productive working relationships with all the different Teams:
    • Working with Digital Operations Team to ensure flawless implementation
    • Working with creative agency to understand creative assets available and any custom placements that may enhance or affect strategy and implementations
    • Working with management team to optimize the activation of digital strategies and has familiarity with offline concepts in order to enhance brand consistency
    • Working with different tech partners in order to boost innovation and solutions from this approach
    • Working with analytics teams to ensure new tracking and measurement solutions could be properly adopted to achieve success
  • Being responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, honest and timely performance management documents
  • Assessing problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner
  • Proactively resolving issues, knowing when to and to whom to escalate
  • Being capable of manage multiple deliverables, and ability to seamlessly transition among them.

Qualifications

We think you’re awesome if you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in online media planning experience in an agency setting or a Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or related program
  • Advanced level of English (minimum B2), as you will liaise with hubs in India and Italy.
  • Have offline media planning knowledge and heave users of media planning’ tools
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans.
  • Personal skills to work on a collaborative team
  • Innovative spirit, striving for finding new solutions to problems

What we’re looking for:

  • A complete knowledge of interactive & Offline marketing concepts and practices.  
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Required software proficiencies: comScore, GFK, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager…
  • Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner
  • Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
