Job Description

How you’d spend your day:

  • Identify and recruit new candidates for the open positions group.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Work in the recruitment process from end-to-end, playing an active role in sourcing, selection and arranging interviews
  • Source candidates for immediate vacancies and our talent pools, using a variety of direct sourcing methods including; LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media engagement, Networking and Employee Referrals
  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
  • Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool.
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person      interviews.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Develop retention programs.
  • Develop college recruiting programs.
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
  • Track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Psychology, Human Resources, Business or equivalent education/years of experience.
  • Minimun of 1 year recruiting experience, ideally in an international company.
  • Good level of English. This will be assessed on interview.
  • Experience in developing and executing recruitment plans for searches.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients.

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources is valuable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point…).
  • Microsoft Office programs advanced skills.
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.

  • Innovative, problem solving, proactive and good adaptability skills.
  • Tenacious - you set goals and push yourself to achieve them, and Commitment.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to recruit and attract top talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You would be a person that is highly collaborative, love to solve problems and adds value across all levels of the organization.
  • Professional and effective oral and written communication skills.
