Job Description

This role is responsible for designing great user experiences across the
organization’s growing product suite. One of our differentiators at Epsilon

specialized and equal-weighted disciplines in UX Design, UI Design, UX
Engineering, and UX QA. Our team is made up of talent specializing in

range of client-facing and internal tools.
Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Provide world class service to retail clients, manage day to day communication and collaboration with external brands/agencies and internal cross-functional team members
    • Develop and cultivate brand/agency relationships by consulting with advertisers on their key goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
    • Facilitating year over year brand performance, in turn retailer growth
    • Establish and communicate timelines of deliverables and creative production scope (if applicable)
  • Sales Support and Media Strategy Development
    • Develop media plan recommendations based on retailer product knowledge, keeping in mind individual brand performance goals and growth
    • Ensure 100% accuracy with CRM data input and campaign setup including but not limited to paperwork
    • High-level understanding of performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident feedback to the brands/agencies, as needed (and as supported by the Analytics team)
  • Campaign Execution and Operations
    • Manage asset collection with suppliers
    • Handle campaign setup within multiple Ad Serving tool(s) and/or communication to Campaign Manager, oversee campaign implementation and ensure trafficking accuracy
    • Monitor campaign performance and pacing and provide campaign optimization recommendations
    • Inform clients of campaign status, if necessary, gather approvals from Business Lead and/or client on optimizations, make goods, etc.
    • Oversee billing/invoicing process; confirm billing details with supplier for CRM input, Finance communication and manage any invoice adjustments
    • Develop, review and finalize campaign completion reports, custom reporting, QBRs, yearly reviews for agency/brand clients

Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience working within (an) established UX team(s).
  • Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related discipline preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of UX best practices and the ability to empathize with users.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good sense of visual design.
  • Ability to turn off bias and accept feedback as wireframes and prototypes evolve
  • High-level knowledge of how front-end and/or back-end web development technologies work, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • An accessible online portfolio showcasing outstanding samples of design work.
  • Experience with Axure
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Coding skills
