Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media’s three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom and Spark Foundry.  Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best in class work with seamless project management.

The PMC team is 80+ strong and growing.  Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we  activate over 100 campaigns each year.  We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfil client needs in paid and owned channels.   The fastest growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

Job Description

In response to demand for our services across our partnerships offering, we're looking for a Global Partnerships Manager to join our growing content marketing service, Publicis Content.

Reporting into a Partnerships Director, you will work across multiple branded content partnerships for global clients across markets and various media channels. You will build strong relationships with media owners and internal stakeholders to deliver first-to-market opportunities, and will work collaboratively with your clients’ partner agencies, agency internal teams (planners and trading) and other teams within the Content Service to deliver best-in-class creative solutions which consistently exceed client goals.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for project managing the end-to-end delivery of your campaigns across sponsorship, product placement and advertiser funded programmes (AFPs), ensuring they run smoothly, on time and deliver agreed KPIs;
  • Challenge suppliers & media owners to deliver innovative responses to briefs & provide solutions to client challenges
  • Negotiate best value on every content partnership, ensuring that relevant trading teams are informed of campaigns and that all projects comply with any pre-agreed pricing guarantees by media
  • Line manage at least one Partnerships Executive, providing leadership, inspiration and motivation

Overall, you'll manage day to day relationships with your clients, resolve issues and know when to escalate any issues, and through this client contact, will also be able to identify new opportunities to integrate partnerships solutions into their wider proposition.

What are we looking for?

When it comes to Partnerships Managers in our team, we ask for someone to bring their experience of creating and project managing successful branded content partnerships to the table. You'll be flexible and hardworking, with changing deadlines the norm to you and working well under pressure.

In addition, you'll have:

  • Process driven experience using research and measurement tools;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong creative, project manager and negotiation skills.

You'll also have a genuine passion for content and partnerships, with a wide-reaching knowledge of both partnerships and sponsorships and an ability to appreciate when they're done particularly well. You'll be able to impart this passion to the wider team, and help inspire that team's culture.
