Job Description

We’re looking for Strategy Director (CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience, eCommerce) who owns and leads strategic agenda in the Agency. 

As Strategy Director, you will deliver business growth for our clients by creating ground-breaking solutions at the intersection of Consumer data and marketing technologies, which include CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience and eCommerce.

What you’ll do: 

  • Build effective CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience and eCommerce plans, that leverage data and technology (less brand planning, creative strategy; more business consulting, data, technology and experience strategy in consideration of paid, owned and earned channels) 
  • Develop data driven and actionable plans using consumer journeys, audience segmentation and service brand platforms 
  • Consult Clients how to connect their marketing operations and technology solutions to communication and media efforts. Know all there is to know about the Client’s business and technology stack 
  • Uncover unique insights and direction with data analysis that inspire and create customer and business impact, keeping a pulse on marketing technology and Consumer trends 
  • Strategically guide the entire process through practical briefs, supporting reporting and optimization efforts 
  • Lead, coach & develop peers 
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver the above 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrable strategy experience in relevant digital, media, data, commerce or consulting environments, Client-side experience is a plus 
  • Strong problem solving, both on a conceptual level in defining the strategic vision as well as practical level in handling planning and operational considerations 
  • An analytical mind, able to make recommendations using various research sources, tools and analytics techniques 
  • An authoritative point of view to consult senior clients, while fostering partnership and collaboration with all levels of the agency and its partners 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technologies and experiences across POE channels 
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills 
  • Flexibility and ability to collaborate in dynamic, frequently changing environment
