Zenith Global (part of the Publicis Groupe) is looking for a Performance Associate Director to oversee and manage the global digital performance for a leading client. Multiple channels, 19 brands, 10 critical markets; you will become an important stakeholder, working closely with the strategy teams across Publicis Groupe, planning teams within Zenith, and our activation hub, namely PGD LATAM in Colombia. The role will sit within the digital media hub that has been built to provide a centre of excellence across Social, Search, Commerce, Programmatic and Retail Media for the client. You will have the autonomy to design, create and implement the performance and optimisation strategy, making sure we are delivering at an optimal level, aligned with the annual client objectives.

Job Description

You are a Senior Account Manager who has been operating at a higher level and wanting to step into the next level role that will offer the scope for a fair degree of responsibility and autonomy. Or perhaps you are an early Associate Director looking to step into a bigger role which will provide the stretch you are looking for to further your skills and experience.  

You will oversee the tactical day to day management of the multi-channel performance for the client and their brands, globally. This is an exciting, dynamic role within a fast-paced agency environment. You will need to demonstrate proactivity, a positive attitude and leadership skills and have a passion for all things digital and data, care about delivering results and taking responsibility for helping the client achieve their long-term objectives. This account is among the largest in the performance department’s roster so determination and ambition to grow, and a desire to maximise your potential and further your career will be important.

  • Primary performance point-of-contact for all channels, globally
  • Full accountability for making sure multi-channel performance is at an optimal level
  • Become an integral stakeholder, working with all internal teams across the Publicis Groupe to drive incremental performance
  • Supporting the Global Media Hub Lead, to manage performance conversations with all client directors and brand managers
  • Design, create and implement a performance and optimisation strategy
  • Deliver a best practice reporting strategy, ready-made for client engagement
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to
  • Ensure the teams and accounts are aligned with, and executing against, the agreed performance & optimisation strategy
  • Together with the Global Media Hub Lead, lead the test & learn multi-channel roadmap for clients & brands, globally
  • Lead digital governance, making sure we are fully compliant in taxonomy & brand safety
  • Provide insightful and actionable performance reports on a regular cadence
  • Positive work ethic and team leadership amongst junior team members
  • Identify areas of development within strategy, planning, activation & reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience and exposure with one or two of these key channels, Paid Search and Programmatic.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to tell a story through numbers.
  • Ability to read data and provide a clear and concise POV.
  • Confident presenting internally & externally.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Keen to learn and ambitious to take the next step in their career.
