Job Description

The Media Account Coordinator is a hybrid role that combines account management, project management and Media into a single role. This individual must be able to multi-task, problem-solve, manage multiple timelines and work across creative, media, ad services functions. They perform tasks effectively and acts proactively to help orchestrate the delivery of media engagements. It is important that they exhibit an effective client service orientation and that they have superb project and campaign management skills, tenacious attention to detail and a proven ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Incorporates an understanding of client and internal team goals into their day-to-day work.
  • Completes assigned tasks within designated timelines and is self directed to generate their own tasks.
  • Is able to roll-up their sleeves to support any part of the media process from strategy and deck writing to trafficking and reporting, if needed.
  • Attend all team status meetings
  • Work on discrepancy resolution if publisher invoices to do match our data
  • Reviews data and reports for accuracy and completion.
  • Has a basic understanding of the campaign goals and objectives and can provide analysis/insights to guide the media teams on optimization opportunities. 
  • Works consistently to broaden Account Management knowledge and skills.
  •  Assists the media team to help manage flawless campaigns, including QA, workflow, and PM efforts
  • Coordinates with clients to facilitate deliverables for campaigns, including creative delivery, mocks/screenshots, and reporting
  • Supports the media team with operational elements of account delivery including time entry, financials, project plans, etc.
  • Responsible for monthly campaign billing reconciliation in Prisma in partnership with client media team

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience in media account management, digital advertising, public relations or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university. 
  • Must have strong project and account management skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
  • Must be hard-working, resourceful, accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
  • Working knowledge of MediaOcean (MBOX, Spectra, Prisma) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of media tools are a plus (Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads Manager et.) is a plus

Compensation Range: $53,000- $74,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
